Cool place for children! There are several walls for climbing training. Interesting routes. Pleasant staff. Creat climber!
I especially called the place to clarify if it's not crowded. They said it isn't, yet there were like 3 kids for every square meter.
Never order birthday here if you don’t want to disappoint your kid.
I ordered 2 birthdays with 1 week difference: here and in GoKidz. The price was approximately the same, because I’ve added extras in Fikolki to have similar packages for both kids. First birthday went smoothly and Fikolki was a disaster. The birthday was experimental.
They missed email with all details from me, so:
- They wrote NAME of the birthday boy WRONG everywhere: tags, cafe table etc. Instead of boy Fedir they welcomed girl FedricA
- they mixed the time and waited for us 30 minutes before I actually booked. Not a big deal, but they firstly asked us to pay in order to stay “longer” and only after I pointed out, that I booked for 4:30pm, not 4pm they finally found an email from me with time and name of the kid.
- Animator does not spend time with kids except in the experimental room. We had only 3 kids, but must run into the game room several times, because kids asked for assistance. I mean… it should not work like this, right?
- Pinjata had only 30 candies of one type
- The location is small and has really bad smell, as air system can’t deal with many kids
- cafe has nice menu and everything is tasty, but you need to wait for 20 minutes to get your tea and 10 minutes to pay for everything as they are short on staff.
As I did not get any confirmation about the ordered package I tried to dial them several times, but after 10 minutes of waiting on IVR they say, that English speaking manager will call me back and it happened only once: before I provided a prepayment. It sounded really professional and went smoothly only before I confirmed the event and gave prepayment. I do NOT recommend this provider.
Lovely place, amazing people and kids entertainment, but the fact that a lot of stuff is opener to take by kid, makes this place very tense for parents. I do understand marketing, but this is more about manipulation and it's quite sad.
Great place for kids from three years old and above that can actually climb up the the more advanced area.
A huge minus is that when there are a lot of kids the kids toilets are getting way too dirty and disgusting to use.
They should clean it more often.
A big plus is that they have a non dairy milk for your coffee.
Pretty good place for kids to enjoy and get exhausted. Snack bar is also available, enough room for parents to seat and enjoy some coffee, tea, slice of cake, etc. They also offer bd parties, and during vacs also available półkolonie.
A bit pricey but much better than Leo Park, the soft play that was here before. The space is better organised, tidier, more room for adults to sit and there are different activity/event rooms
Overpriced, only one slide. They don't give you Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi from bonarka is very bad. They don't have black tea. Kids said that they Leo Park much more as there are much more slides. Buffet is overpriced as well.
